I did once, too, not because they couldn't find a vein but because the nurse who put it in first did something wrong and it resulted in a massive spreading bruise 🤷‍♂️

So I'm a little sus about this bruise, never had one from a blood test before.

I do hope the regular blood test lady comes back 😬

Also yesterday I had to have a blood test. The normal blood lady was not there so now I have a lovely bruise in my elbow pit.

It hurts.

I quit Facebook about a million years ago and now I'm maybe kinda sorta perhaps thinking of making an account because it's the only source for the big high school reunion 🙄

I'm happy to use discord for DMs and as chatrooms, but it's doing weird shit lately and it's honestly driving me away, though I'm sure many people think it's dandy - and those are likely the same people who use it as an archive 🤷‍♂️

I had a look at matrix a while back and thought 'oh, so it's like discord' 😂 which is to say its like IRC 😂

I'm hoping for a fandom matrix server to fill the gap tbh but I have no real need for a 'switch' when it comes to discord.

I'm thinking about ditching Discord. It's been bothering me for a while now - all the newfangled threads and shit that just seem like feature overkill and encouraging the use of Discord for things it was never designed for - and now they're letting AI in to mine everything and force us to opt out via privacy settings?

I just can't be arsed, you know?

My one temptation in regards to live tooting was the question that keeps bugging me: if they could build two sizable seafaring vessels out of bamboo and garbage in the space of a couple weeks why do they not yet have spiffy beach houses with like actual floors and shit instead of continuing to live in improvised tents?
